Financial House is the first all-glass facade, high-rise office tower in Cherry Creek North, designed by 4240 Architecture. I supported the primary core-shell team with the building core and elevator lobbies, office tenant suites for BMC Investments and other private offices, and led the design for the Oceanside Ten office TI, pictured above.

These short-burn efforts involved design and detailing interior features such as a multi-panel sliding glass pocket door, stone and metal clad walls, conference rooms, office kitchens, custom desks, cabinets and wardrobe, reception desks, casework and recessed bench seating.
